Cal-Electric Webcam Energy Monitor

Don't want to buy or install anything? Simply point a web cam at your energy meter. Energy meters usually have a ring that loops around when energy is being used, with a mark. The Cal-Electric software detects the mark and you can use the software to monitor energy usage.
